Impenetrable Protection!

The world oftentimes conditions people to think that a thief can break in anywhere, locked or unlocked. Movies and news media, etc, propagate; helplessness and fear in the arena of thieves. They say, lock all your doors and windows and don’t forget the security alarms but then they show you pictures of thieves who know how to breakthrough every device known to man. What kind of confidence and assurance would that bring to the average onlooker. Now, don’t get me wrong, I am not an advocate for shabby, happy-go-lucky living. You should use wisdom and protect what belongs to you. You should use locks and so forth, without fear. Fear assist demonic breakthrough. We should never do anything out of fear. God has not given us a spirit of fear but a spirit of power, love and a sound (well-disciplined) mind.

Thief defined:
• One that steals especially stealthily or secretly.

To steal is to take something that belongs to somebody else, illegally or without the owner's permission. If you give them permission they did not steal it, right. But what if you leave the door unlocked through neglect and somebody came in and took something without your permission does that still make them a thief. Of course it does because you did not give them permission to have whatever they took.
Now the kingdoms of this world view thieves differently than the Kingdom of God. Sometimes as Christians we need to re-evaluate our thinking and find out, “Who told you that.”
The worlds system of protection is not fail proof like the Kingdom of God protection because in the world system human beings are the one’s making the locks. Therefore, there is always someone who knows how to open or jimmy the device. Thieves are crafty and work stealthily to take what doesn’t belong to them. They plan, plot and strategize sometimes for days, weeks, or months to steal your valuables. They study different locks and do their homework on various methods and approaches to rip you off. They are focused and diligent in their pursuit of the merchandise they want, they value it sometimes more than you do and it shows through their persist effort to get it from you. Jesus said:
Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal Matthew 6:19-20.

Notice Jesus said thieves’ breakthrough and steal here on earth, which represents this natural world. However, He then said thieves cannot breakthrough and still in heaven, which represents God’s supernatural eternal Kingdom. Now we know from the scripture that the Kingdom of God is within us, Luke 17:21.
The devil has no legal right to anything in God’s Kingdom. Therefore if he takes something from you, you gave him permission, directly or indirectly. The devil doesn’t have the key to get through barriers of pray or the power of the blood of Jesus or the angels of God around about you or the Word of God that you release by faith. We don’t ever have to sit around in fear wondering when the devil is going to breakthrough our spiritual lock or decipher the divine protection code in our lives. He cannot just do whatever he wants anytime he wants to.
Rest, because  you are blessed and fully protected!

  1. Yes, we need to lay up our treasures in heaven and not on this earth, simply put we should value things and place a higher priority on the things of God more than we do the things down here on earth*
